Steel Mace
Mace training originated in 13th century Persia, a conditioning method for warriors. The mace’s counterbalancing and ballistic movements improve core strength, endurance, coordination, balance, and resilience against injury.
Kettlebells
Endurance strength training that optimizes functional movement patterns and increases cardio-respiratory capacity. I design training programs specific to each client to ensure safe and effective progression.
Yoga
Yoga can be designed to benefit all body types and skill levels. My flowing yoga sessions center the breath. Observing and training our breathing patterns allows us to reduce stress and increase stability.
Movement Education
I specialize in teaching the “why” and “how” behind the movement. Through self-knowledge and technical training we can release patterns of tension and compensation in our body and shift postural habits that limit strength and mobility.

My practice integrates the systems of breath-based yoga and functional movement strength-training to create a specialized program aligned with your body, interests, and goals. I offer private and semi-private training in-person and on Zoom. Sessions may include vinyasa yoga, steel mace, kettlebells, high intensity interval training, restorative yoga, and meditation. I train from the inside out, guiding you to enhance your somatic, felt sense of your breathing and movement.
